（他のプロバイダ ←→ さくらインターネット　どちら向きの移転でもほぼ同様の作業よなります）

基本的にお客様自身で変更していただくということになります

！　注　意　！ 弊社で手続きを行えるのは NSI で取得したドメインのみとなりますので、予めご了承ください。他のレジストラ（ドメイン取得業者／ WORLD-NIC や Discount-Domain など）で取得したドメインの移行に関しては、それぞれのレジストラにお問合せくださいますようお願いいたします。

作業手順

STEP１ - NSI へ変更申請準備

Welcome to Make Change というページが表示されますので、テキストボックスの中に、移行希望のドメイン名を入力し、Submitをクリックします。

※ 入力するドメイン名は www. を取った xxxxxxxx.com の書式（半角アルファベット）です。

STEP２ - 変更個所を選択する

Self-select what you want to do (recommended) と記載された個所の下にある項目から、transfer my Domain Name to another ISP を選択し、GO! をクリックします。

STEP３ - 変更内容を選択する

画面下部にある E-mail Address: に受信可能なメールアドレスを入力します。
その下に Domain Name が表示されています。変更したいドメインが確認してください。

問題が無ければ GO! をクリックして下さい。

STEP４ - 情報変更を行う

弊社ではこの項目を、ドメインを運用するお客様の情報を入力します。

ここで、先ほど開いた、現在のドメイン情報が表示されているウィンドウの、Administrative Contact 情報を確認してください。

もし、お客様の情報が表示されている場合、変更を行う必要は御座いませんので、そのままの状態で結構です。

一方、お客様の情報が表示されていない場合（ドメイン取得を行ったプロバイダ情報が表示されているときなど）は、お客様の情報を入力していただくことになります。

or, provide contact information にチェックを入れていただき、provide contact information がリンクになっておりますので、クリックします。
Administrative Contact Information フォームが表示されますので、ここでお客様の情報を入力します。

全てのフィールドに入力が完了しましたら、RETURN TO CONTACT INFORMATION SECTION をクリックしてください。


● Technical Contact (技術管理者) 情報の変更

Use assigned NIC Handle にチェックしていただき、以下の文字列を入力してください。

以上の変更が完了しましたら、画面下部にある SUBMIT THIS FORM FOR PROCESSING をクリックしてください。

これで、ドメイン情報を変更するための準備が完了いたしました。STEP３ の最後に入力したメールアドレスに、変更申請を行う為のメールフォームが NSI から届きますので、メールをチェックしてみてください。

STEP５ - 変更申請を行う

情報を確認し、問題が無ければ返信 (Reply) を行います。返信の際、">" などの引用記号が付きますが、そのまま送信して頂いて構いません。
